How Cloudbet Crypto Banking Works
Cloudbet runs a crypto-first cashier. Your balance sits in your Cloudbet account in whichever coin you deposited, and money moves as transfers between that balance and your own wallet or exchange.
A deposit starts on the deposit screen. You pick a coin and a network, copy the address Cloudbet shows, and send funds to it. A network is the blockchain that carries the transaction. The same coin can travel on several networks, and sending on a network Cloudbet does not support for that coin can lose the funds.
A withdrawal follows five steps:
- Withdrawal request. You choose the coin, the network, your wallet address and the amount.
- Your confirmation, then casino approval. Cloudbet emails a confirmation link, or asks you to confirm in Telegram if you signed up there. Nothing is processed until you confirm. Cloudbet then approves the payout.
- Transaction sent. Cloudbet broadcasts the payment on-chain. On-chain means directly on the coin's own blockchain. The transaction receives a TXID, a transaction ID you can look up on a public block explorer.
- Blockchain confirmation. The network records the transaction in a new block. Each record is called a confirmation, and it is what makes a transfer final.
- Funds arrive. The coins show as spendable in your wallet.
Steps one and two belong to you and the casino. Steps three to five depend on the network you picked and how busy it is. That split explains most of the timing numbers on this page.
Deposit Methods and Supported Crypto
Cloudbet's terms list around 30 supported cryptocurrencies, from Bitcoin and Ethereum to Cardano, Polkadot, Toncoin and Hedera. Many coins run on more than one network. Tether alone is offered on seven: Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche, Solana, Polygon, Tron and TON.
USDT and USDC are stablecoins. They are designed to track the US dollar, so they avoid the same price swings as assets such as BTC and ETH.
| Crypto | Network | Deposits | Withdrawals | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin | Yes, no fee | From 0.00001 BTC | Larger cashouts where a slower arrival is acceptable |
| Bitcoin (BTC) | BNB Smart Chain | Yes, no fee | From 0.00001 BTC | Holding Bitcoin value in a BNB Smart Chain wallet |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base | Yes, no fee | From 0.0002 ETH | ETH holders; Arbitrum and Base cost less to move |
| Tether (USDT) | Tron (TRC-20) | Yes, no fee | From 5 USDT | Larger stablecoin cashouts from Tron wallets |
| Tether (USDT) | BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) | Yes, no fee | From 1 USDT | Small stablecoin cashouts at minimal cost |
| Tether (USDT) | Ethereum (ERC-20) | Yes, no fee | From 0.1 USDT | Wallets that only hold Ethereum tokens |
| Tether (USDT) | Solana | Yes, no fee | From 20 USDT | Solana wallets moving larger amounts |
| Litecoin (LTC) | Litecoin | Yes, no fee | From 0.002 LTC | Quick, cheap cashouts outside stablecoins |
| Solana (SOL) | Solana | Yes, no fee | From 0.001 SOL | Fast network arrival among volatile coins |
| XRP | XRP Ledger | Yes, no fee | From 1 XRP | Fast transfers, if your wallet handles destination tags |
USDT can be sent using different networks, including Tron, BNB Smart Chain and Ethereum. Make sure your wallet supports the option you choose. XRP payments may need a destination tag, a number that routes the payment to your account.
Cloudbet charges no deposit fee. Its minimum deposit varies by coin, and it says most are under $1. Cloudbet also asks for your name and address before your first deposit, which it describes as an anti-money-laundering step, not account verification. It says that in most cases, pending confirmations do not stop deposited funds from showing in your account and being used.
A turnover requirement applies before any withdrawal. A turnover requirement is an amount you must bet before a deposit can be cashed out. Cloudbet asks unverified accounts to wager 100% of their deposits, and verified accounts 25%.
How Long Do Cloudbet Withdrawals Take?
Cloudbet says most crypto withdrawals are processed instantly, and that some can take up to 24 hours. Its withdrawal status page adds that payouts are typically completed within 30 minutes to an hour. Those figures describe the casino's side of the transfer.
Cloudbet's Academy guide gives rough network figures: about 10 to 30 minutes for a Bitcoin transaction, under two minutes for Solana, and a couple of minutes for BNB Smart Chain. The table sets both sets of Cloudbet figures side by side.
| Crypto | Casino processing | Network confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Solana, USDT on Solana | Instant in most cases, up to 24 hours | Under 2 min |
| BNB Smart Chain (incl. USDT BEP-20) | Instant in most cases, up to 24 hours | A couple of minutes |
| Bitcoin | Instant in most cases, up to 24 hours | 10 to 30 min |
The two columns are separate stages, so they are not added into a single total. Ethereum's blocks arrive every 12 to 15 seconds, on Cloudbet's figures.
What the Casino Claims vs What We Observed
We ran two withdrawals from one account on September 26, 2026, following our Payout Lab testing rules. Both times run from our withdrawal request to arrival in our wallet, so they measure the whole withdrawal rather than Cloudbet's approval step on its own.
| Withdrawal | Amount | Request to wallet | Additional KYC |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (Bitcoin network) | 0.012 BTC | 5 min 44 s to first confirmation | None |
| USDT (Tron) | 28 USDT | 1 min 19 s | None |
Both withdrawals completed quickly. The Bitcoin withdrawal reached first confirmation faster than Cloudbet's 10 to 30 minute estimate for the Bitcoin network. Bitcoin blocks arrive at uneven intervals, so one quick confirmation is not a promise for the next.
We deposited 0.01 BTC and no bonus was active. Our account had completed a one-time photo-ID check before its first cashout, and neither withdrawal triggered a manual review. See how Cloudbet was scored for how we weigh results like these.
What "Instant Withdrawal" Means at Cloudbet
Every crypto withdrawal runs two clocks in sequence, and only the first one belongs to the casino.
The first is casino processing time: from your request until Cloudbet approves the payout and sends it. This is the part Cloudbet controls, and the only part an "instant withdrawal" claim can honestly describe. At Cloudbet this clock includes a step on your side, because the payout waits until you confirm it by email or Telegram.
The second is network confirmation time: from the moment the payment is sent until the blockchain confirms it and the coins are spendable. This belongs to the network, not the casino, and it changes with how busy the network is.
The two clocks explain why Cloudbet can quote one processing promise for every coin while real arrival times differ widely. A Bitcoin payout and a Solana payout can leave Cloudbet in the same second and still reach you far apart.
For our methodology, Cloudbet's "instant" claim applies to the casino-controlled processing stage, not the blockchain confirmation that follows.
When Can a Withdrawal Be Delayed?
Cloudbet names three common reasons a withdrawal stays in "processing." The network may be congested, so confirmations take longer. You may have asked for more than you usually withdraw, which can send the payout to a brief security review. Or your wallet provider, or Cloudbet's own wallet, may be running maintenance.
Other holdups start with the player. A withdrawal you never confirmed by email or Telegram is not processed at all, and Cloudbet's confirmation link expires after an hour. A request can also be blocked before it is sent: when the turnover requirement is not met, when you have hit the daily limit, or when your balance cannot cover the network fee. A rejected withdrawal is final, and the funds return to your Cloudbet balance.
Some withdrawals show a captcha first. Cloudbet says this is an automatic check against bots, not a manual review.
In the Trustpilot reviews we read in September 2026, several players described fast withdrawals. Two recent reviewers described accounts restricted or funds frozen after a win.
If a withdrawal is still pending, check these in order:
- Cashier status. Open your profile, then History, and select the withdrawal.
- Your inbox and spam folder. Look for the confirmation email, or check Telegram.
- The TXID. If one was issued, look it up on a block explorer to see whether the network has it.
- Network congestion. A busy Bitcoin network can add time even after Cloudbet has sent the payment.
- Support. Contact 24/7 live chat or support@cloudbet.com with your withdrawal ID.
KYC and Withdrawal Verification
Verification Policy and What We Observed
KYC, short for "know your customer," is the identity verification a casino requires. Once Cloudbet requests it, it is not optional. Cloudbet does not require it at signup. It uses levels instead: an unverified or phone-verified account can deposit up to $2,200 in total and withdraw up to $2,200 a day. Level 2 verification removes both limits. Its terms add that verification is required once cumulative deposits reach $2,200.
| Check | Cloudbet's stated policy | What we observed |
|---|---|---|
| Account verification at signup | Not required; name and address requested before first deposit | Our account completed a one-time photo-ID check before its first cashout |
| Additional KYC at withdrawal | Can be requested at any time, including for larger withdrawals | Not requested on either withdrawal |
| Documents required | Photo ID, proof of address from the last three months, face verification | Photo ID |
Level 2 runs through Sumsub, an identity-verification provider. A verified account also gets the lower 25% turnover requirement. Cloudbet is not a no-KYC casino: the lack of a signup check does not stop it asking for documents at withdrawal time.
Countries and Player Eligibility
Cloudbet's terms exclude the United States and its territories. The same list covers Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, Singapore and several other countries. The terms say you must not be physically located in any of them while using the site, including when you request a withdrawal.
This restriction rests on Cloudbet's Curaçao license and its own terms. It carries a direct cost at verification time. Under the terms, Cloudbet can close an account and confiscate the balance if it finds bets were placed from a prohibited jurisdiction. An account that registers successfully is therefore not proof of eligibility.
US readers should treat Cloudbet as unavailable to them under its terms.
Withdrawal Limits and Fees
Cloudbet's limits depend on verification, not on the coin. Unverified and Level 1 accounts can withdraw up to $2,200 a day. Level 2 accounts have no daily limit, although Cloudbet says larger withdrawals get additional review. Minimums vary by coin and network.
Cloudbet says it charges no withdrawal fee of its own. You still receive less than you request, because each network charges a flat fee to carry the transaction. Cloudbet publishes these fees live, shows the current one before you confirm, and warns that they change with network congestion.
| Crypto-network | Minimum | Cloudbet cashier fee shown on September 27, 2026 | Share of a 28 USDT or 0.012 BTC cashout |
|---|---|---|---|
| USDT / Tron | 5 USDT | 3.3 USDT | 11.8% |
| USDT / BNB Smart Chain | 1 USDT | 0.0037 USDT | 0.01% |
| USDT / Solana | 20 USDT | 0.641 USDT | 2.3% |
| USDT / Ethereum | 0.1 USDT | 0.026 USDT | 0.09% |
| BTC / Bitcoin | 0.00001 BTC | 0.0000019 BTC | 0.02% |
Three separate numbers matter every time: the casino fee (zero), the network fee, and what actually arrives. Because the fee is flat, it weighs most on small cashouts. The same 3.3 USDT is 11.8% of a 28 USDT withdrawal but 3.3% of 100 USDT. The identical cashout on BNB Smart Chain costs a fraction of a cent.
Our Bitcoin test returned 0.011998 BTC from a 0.012 BTC request, a difference of 0.000002 BTC. On September 27, 2026, Cloudbet's cashier displayed a Bitcoin network fee of 0.0000019 BTC.
Which Crypto Is Fastest to Withdraw?
On Cloudbet's own figures, Solana and BNB Smart Chain confirm in about two minutes. Bitcoin on its own network is the slowest route, at 10 to 30 minutes in Cloudbet's guidance. Our list of instant Bitcoin withdrawal casinos compares other BTC options.
A faster network does not mean faster casino approval. Cloudbet quotes the same processing promise for every coin, and a payout held for a security review is held whatever network it would travel on. Choosing Solana shortens the second clock, never the first.
For different needs:
- Small, frequent cashouts: USDT on BNB Smart Chain. It confirms in minutes and the fee is a fraction of a cent.
- Large single cashouts: Bitcoin or USDT on Tron. At higher amounts the flat Tron fee becomes a small share, and Bitcoin's fee is tiny in absolute terms.
- Lowest displayed fees: BNB Smart Chain, Litecoin or XRP, all well under a cent at current rates.
- Fastest by Cloudbet's network estimates: Solana or BNB Smart Chain.
Avoid USDT on Tron for amounts close to the 5 USDT minimum, where the 3.3 USDT fee takes most of the payout. Our top USDT casinos list compares other Tether options.
Deposits and Other Payment Methods
Cloudbet's cashier is crypto-only. Card and bank payments go through a Buy Crypto option run by Swapped, a third-party provider, which converts them into crypto that lands in your Cloudbet balance.
Through Swapped you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller or Paysafecard. Regional bank rails are also listed, such as SEPA in the eurozone, Interac in Canada and Pix in Brazil.
For cashing out, these methods do not help. Cloudbet's help center describes Swapped as a way to buy crypto, and winnings leave Cloudbet as crypto. To turn them back into cash, withdraw to an exchange account that supports the coin and network, then sell there. Our guide to casino payment rails explains how fiat and crypto rails compare.
Casino Experience
Cloudbet.com is operated by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. of Willemstad, Curaçao (company number 148526). It is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under license OGL/2024/328/0599. Cloudbet has operated since 2013.

The lobby lists more than 3,000 games, from Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Ezugi and other studios, plus live dealer tables. Cloudbet Originals are its provably fair games. Provably fair means you can check that a round's result was fixed before you played, using a published seed and hash. It proves integrity, not better odds. A sportsbook with esports shares the same account and balance.

Cloudbet has no mobile app, and it warns that apps claiming to be Cloudbet are fake. The site runs in a mobile browser, and you can also sign up through Telegram. Support runs 24/7 via live chat and support@cloudbet.com.
The Welcome Package pays rewards over your first 30 days rather than matching a deposit.
| Welcome terms | Detail |
|---|---|
| Headline | Up to $2,500 in cash rewards over 30 days |
| Structure | 10% rakeback on casino bets, daily cash drops, weekly sports cash drops, a final Cash Vault |
| Code | None; activates with a first deposit of any amount |
| Wagering | Cloudbet says its rewards carry no rollover |
Rakeback returns part of the house edge on every bet. A wagering requirement is money you must bet before a bonus can be withdrawn. Cloudbet says its rewards carry none. Half of the welcome rakeback you collect goes straight to your balance, and the rest unlocks through the Rewards Calendar. After 30 days, the eight-tier Cloudbet Rewards program takes over. See our crypto casino bonuses page for the wider calendar.

Cloudbet says deposits go to offline cold storage, with only daily needs held online. A fast payout is not security evidence. Deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion of up to a lifetime sit under Preferences. Our responsible gambling resources list independent support.
Who Is Cloudbet Best For?
Cloudbet suits crypto players who want broad coin and network choice and are comfortable completing full verification if they plan to withdraw larger amounts. It also rewards players who pick their network with care, since withdrawal costs vary a lot between routes. It is a weaker fit for anyone who wants to avoid identity checks, needs to cash out to a card or bank, or lives in a country Cloudbet's terms exclude.
Readers comparing options can start from our list of crypto casinos with instant withdrawals.

Editorial verdict
Verdict
Cloudbet delivered fast results in both of our crypto withdrawal tests. Our 0.012 BTC withdrawal reached first confirmation in 5 minutes 44 seconds, while 28 USDT on Tron reached our wallet in 1 minute 19 seconds. Neither withdrawal triggered additional identity checks. These times measure the whole withdrawal, from request to wallet. The main limitations are the $2,200 daily withdrawal cap before Level 2 verification, network-dependent fees and terms that exclude US players. These results come from two withdrawals on one account on September 26, 2026, and do not guarantee future payout times.
Frequently Asked Questions About CloudBet
Which crypto is fastest to withdraw from Cloudbet?
Based on Cloudbet's published network figures, Solana and USDT on BNB Smart Chain are among its fastest withdrawal routes, confirming in about two minutes. Cloudbet quotes the same processing time for every coin, so the network makes the difference. Bitcoin on its own network is slowest, at 10 to 30 minutes on Cloudbet's figures.
What should I do if my Cloudbet withdrawal is still pending?
If your Cloudbet withdrawal is still pending, first check that you confirmed it by email or Telegram, because unconfirmed requests are never processed. Then check its status under History and look up the TXID on a block explorer if one was issued. If it is still stuck, contact live chat with your withdrawal ID.
Is Cloudbet available in the US?
Cloudbet is not available in the US under its own terms, which list the United States and its territories as restricted. The terms also require that you are not physically located in a restricted country when you use the site. Cloudbet can close an account and confiscate the balance if bets were placed from one.
Do I need to verify my Cloudbet account to withdraw?
You do not need to verify your Cloudbet account to make a first withdrawal, but unverified accounts are limited to $2,200 a day. Level 2 verification, with photo ID, proof of address and a face check, removes that limit. Cloudbet can still request documents at any time.
Is Cloudbet licensed and legit?
Cloudbet's legitimacy rests on a license from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, number OGL/2024/328/0599, held by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. It has operated since 2013. Curaçao offers more limited player-dispute recourse than the major gambling jurisdictions.
Does Cloudbet have a bonus code?
Cloudbet has no bonus code for its Welcome Package. The package activates automatically with a first deposit of any amount and pays up to $2,500 in rakeback and cash drops over 30 days. Cloudbet says these rewards carry no wagering requirement.
