How BC.Game Crypto Banking Works
BC.Game is a crypto-first casino. Every account has one wallet, called My Wallet, that holds a separate balance for each coin you deposit and serves both the casino and the sportsbook. Crypto withdrawals go out to an external wallet address you supply.
For deposits, you choose a coin in My Wallet and send funds to the address shown. The network you send on must match the one selected in the cashier. A withdrawal follows five stages:
- Withdrawal request. You enter your wallet address and the amount on the withdraw page. BC.Game shows the fee before you confirm.
- Casino approval. BC.Game checks the request. That check can include KYC, short for "know your customer": identity verification the casino can require before it pays out.
- Transaction sent. BC.Game broadcasts the payment on-chain, meaning it sends it directly onto the coin's own blockchain. The payment gets a TXID, a transaction ID you can look up on a public block explorer.
- Blockchain confirmation. The network records the payment in a block. Each new block added on top is another confirmation, which makes the payment harder to reverse.
- Funds arrive. The coins show in your wallet.
The casino controls approval and when the transaction is sent. Once the payment has been broadcast, confirmation speed depends mainly on the network and on how the receiving wallet handles confirmations.
One rule applies before step one. BC.Game's help center says a deposit needs at least three confirmations before any of it can be withdrawn.
Deposit Methods and Supported Crypto
BC.Game says it supports deposits and withdrawals in 165 cryptocurrencies. The coins most players will use are Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Litecoin, Solana, Tron, XRP, Dogecoin and BNB. USDT and USDC are stablecoins designed to track the US dollar, so they generally fluctuate much less than assets such as Bitcoin or Ethereum.
| Crypto | Network | Deposits | Withdrawal minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin | Yes | About 0.0007 BTC |
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Lightning Network | Yes | Withdrawals not confirmed |
| Tether (USDT) | TRC-20 (Tron) | Yes | About 20 USDT |
| Tether (USDT) | BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain) | Yes | About 20 USDT |
| Tether (USDT) | ERC-20 (Ethereum) | Yes | About 20 USDT |
| Litecoin, Solana, Tron, XRP | Native chains | Yes | About $20 |
BC.Game supports Bitcoin deposits over the Lightning Network, a faster payment layer built on top of Bitcoin, but we could not confirm Lightning withdrawals from a current live source. The other minimums come from BC.Game's guide pages, which put the baseline at about 20 USDT; our 0.0009 BTC withdrawal was accepted.
For tokens available on multiple networks, make sure the network selected in BC.Game matches the receiving wallet.
BC.Game publishes no deposit fee, though your wallet still pays the blockchain's own network fee. Deposit minimums appear only in the logged-in cashier. BC.Game's current terms set no turnover requirement on plain deposits, meaning no rule that a deposit must be bet before you can withdraw it. Bonus funds carry their own wagering rules.
How Long Do BC.Game Withdrawals Take?
BC.Game does not publish a processing time for its own approval step. Its help center describes only the blockchain side: a transaction generally takes 5 to 10 minutes to be confirmed by the network, and depending on the chain and the fee paid, confirmation can take anywhere from 10 minutes to several hours.
The only end-to-end figure comes from BC.Game's withdrawal guide for Nigerian players, which says crypto withdrawals are usually finalized within 5 to 45 minutes, once the blockchain provides enough confirmations.
| Stage | BC.Game's published timeframe |
|---|---|
| Casino approval | Not published |
| Blockchain confirmation | Usually 5 to 10 minutes; 10 minutes to several hours depending on the chain and fee |
| Whole withdrawal, request to wallet | Usually 5 to 45 minutes, per BC.Game's Nigeria withdrawal guide |
The terms add a caveat. Section 11.6 says published processing times are indicative only, and that BC.Game is not liable for delays caused by blockchain networks. BC.Game's homepage promises "fast withdrawals," but it never commits to a firm approval window in writing.
What the Casino Claims vs What We Observed
| Evidence | Crypto-network | Result | KYC | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Help center: blockchain confirmation | All coins | Usually 5 to 10 minutes, up to several hours | Not addressed | Operator-stated |
| Withdrawal guide: whole withdrawal | Crypto | Usually 5 to 45 minutes | Possible on large cashouts or flagged activity | Operator-stated |
| Withdrawal of 0.0009 BTC | Bitcoin mainchain | In our wallet 11 minutes after the request | Not requested | Tested by us |
| Stage | BC.Game BTC test |

| Test date | September 28, 2026 |
| Network | Bitcoin mainchain |
| Requested | 0.0009 BTC |
| Request | Start of test (status: Pending) |
| Approved | Not recorded separately (within the first minute) |
| First confirmation | About 1 minute after the request |
| Wallet arrival | 11 minutes after the request |
| Received | 0.0008991 BTC |
| Difference | 0.0000009 BTC (the 0.1% withdrawal fee BC.Game showed) |
| Account verification | None; the account was never verified |
| Additional KYC | None requested |
| TXID timestamp | Not recorded |
We ran the test on September 28, 2026, from a real BC.Game account to an external wallet with no bonus active. The account had never been verified, and BC.Game requested no documents before or during the withdrawal. The times in the table are measured from the request and rounded to the minute.
That result sits inside both of BC.Game's published ranges. Because the transaction had its first blockchain confirmation about one minute after the request, it must have been broadcast within roughly the first minute. We did not record the separate approval or TXID timestamps, so we cannot split that first minute further. The remaining ten minutes covered further confirmations until our wallet showed the funds. On this single test, BC.Game earns an Instant Withdrawal Score of 91.2 out of 100, which places it in our Fast band. The score will move as we add runs on other coins.
Several things were not recorded. We did not capture the device, the browser or the country the account was registered from, and we have not published the TXID. This is one small Bitcoin withdrawal. It says nothing about how a large cashout, a withdrawal flagged for review or a Lightning payout would be handled. Our crypto withdrawal testing methodology explains how we time each run.
What "Instant Withdrawal" Means at BC.Game
At BC.Game, "instant" should refer to the part the casino controls: approving and sending the withdrawal. Blockchain confirmation happens afterward and depends on the network.
BC.Game publishes no time for that first stage, and its terms say processing times are indicative only. What it does publish is the second stage, usually 5 to 10 minutes for a transaction to confirm. So "fast withdrawals" on the homepage describes what can happen, not a processing time BC.Game commits to. Our guide to automatic approval vs manual review covers the two stages in more depth.
When Can a Withdrawal Be Delayed?
BC.Game's terms name several situations that hold a withdrawal back:
- You are asked to verify. Before paying, BC.Game can ask you to prove your identity, show that you own the receiving wallet, or explain where your money came from.
- The withdrawal looks unusual. A cashout much larger than your normal pattern, or activity its systems flag, can trigger checks. BC.Game's guide pages name "large cash-outs" as a typical trigger.
- The payout goes to review. Where BC.Game suspects fraud, money laundering, sanctions exposure or a compromised account, it can hold the withdrawal while it investigates.
- Your deposit is still confirming. A deposit with fewer than three confirmations cannot be withdrawn yet.
- A bonus is unfinished. Bonus funds with wagering left are not withdrawable.
- Accounts look linked. Duplicate accounts or bonus play treated as abuse can freeze promotional winnings during an investigation.
Player reports point the same way. In the Trustpilot reviews we read on September 28, 2026, accounts locked after large withdrawal requests and withdrawals held in verification appeared repeatedly in the complaints listed there. These are player reports we have not independently verified.
If a withdrawal is still pending, check these in order:
- The transaction records in My Wallet, to confirm the request is still open.
- Your email and spam folder, for a verification request.
- Whether a TXID has been issued. If so, look it up on a block explorer; climbing confirmations mean the network is the wait.
- The 24/7 live chat or support@bc.game, with your username, coin, network, amount and request time.
KYC and Withdrawal Verification
Verification Policy and What We Observed
BC.Game's written policy is risk-based. Its terms say documents may be requested before, during or after registration, before deposits or withdrawals, and whenever unusual activity is detected. At signup, its anti-money-laundering policy says it collects wallet addresses and an email address. Our explainer on casino verification at withdrawal covers what these requests usually involve.
| Check | BC.Game's stated policy | What we observed |
|---|---|---|
| Account verification at signup | Email and wallet data at account creation; documents may be requested at any time | Not requested; the account was never verified |
| Additional KYC at withdrawal | Possible before any withdrawal, especially large or flagged ones | Not requested |
| Documents required | Photo ID, proof of address, proof of wallet or payment ownership, selfie, source of funds or wealth | None requested |
| Stated turnaround | Not published | Not tested |
Our test shows that a small withdrawal was processed without KYC, despite the account never having been verified. It does not make BC.Game a no-KYC casino, because the terms let it ask for documents at any point. Our list of no verification online casinos compares other options.
Countries and Player Eligibility
BC.Game's own terms bar US players, despite conflicting information in its partner program. Section 4.3 prohibits US residents and anyone accessing the site from the United States or its territories.
The same clause excludes Australia, Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the Union of the Comoros, the United Kingdom, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and all FATF-blacklisted countries. It rests on BC.Game's Anjouan license.
We have not tested US signup or access. An account opened from a barred country can still be restricted when documents are checked, and paying with crypto does not change which countries the terms allow.
Withdrawal Limits and Fees
BC.Game's terms set no fixed withdrawal cap. Its guide pages say daily and monthly limits scale with VIP level, and that Bitcoin and USDT have no fixed cap for VIP players. Minimums vary by coin, with a baseline of about 20 USDT and about 0.0007 BTC for Bitcoin.
On fees, BC.Game's guide pages state a standard 0.1% crypto withdrawal fee, and say some higher VIP levels may pay nothing. BC.Game showed a 0.1% withdrawal fee before our test, and the 0.0000009 BTC difference between the 0.0009 BTC requested and 0.0008991 BTC received matched that rate exactly. BC.Game's terms say blockchain network charges can apply separately.
Because the fee is a percentage, its cost grows with the withdrawal. A 0.1% fee takes 0.0000009 BTC from a 0.0009 BTC cashout, 0.00001 BTC from 0.01 BTC and 0.0001 BTC from 0.1 BTC. Our breakdown of fixed vs percentage withdrawal fees explains how network fees are set.
Which Crypto Should You Withdraw From BC.Game?
A faster network does not mean faster casino approval. BC.Game's approval step is the same whichever coin you pick, and a review can hold any coin. The coin only changes the second clock, and we have tested only a Bitcoin withdrawal at BC.Game.
On the network side, Tron, BNB Chain, Solana and XRP usually confirm within seconds to a couple of minutes, and Litecoin blocks arrive roughly every two and a half minutes. Bitcoin blocks come about every ten minutes, and Ethereum slows and grows more expensive when busy.
- Small, frequent cashouts: USDT on Tron or BNB Chain, or Litecoin, can reduce the network-side wait and cost, although we have not tested BC.Game withdrawals on these networks.
- Large single cashouts: the 0.1% fee is the same on every coin, so pick the network your receiving wallet or exchange supports and check BC.Game's VIP-based limits first.
- Holding value in dollars: USDT or USDC, on whichever network your wallet shares with the cashier.

Deposits and Other Payment Methods
Beyond direct crypto transfers, BC.Game offers a Buy Crypto option through MoonPay and Banxa. It lets you purchase supported coins with a card or a mobile wallet and send them straight to your BC.Game balance. BC.Game also lists direct deposits and withdrawals from partner wallets.
These card rails only bring money in. Buy Crypto is a deposit tool, so money that arrives by card leaves as crypto to your own wallet. In some regions BC.Game also offers local currency cashiers: its Nigeria guide, for example, describes bank transfers that take 1 to 24 hours.
Casino Experience
BC.Game is operated by Twocent Technology Limited, a Belize company registered under number 41939, and licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under license ALSI-202410011-FI1. The brand launched in 2017.
Its regulatory history is more complicated. BC.Game gave up its Curaçao license on December 5, 2024, one day before the Curaçao Gaming Control Board was set to rule on whether to revoke it, according to NEXT.io. On November 12, 2024, a Curaçao court had issued a bankruptcy ruling over unpaid player claims raised by a player-advocacy foundation. NEXT.io reported that the company in that case, Small House, said in court filings it had acquired BC.Game from Blockdance BV in April 2024, and argued the deal excluded liabilities from earlier operations.
BC.Game says it offers more than 10,000 games: slots, live casino, table games, a sportsbook, poker, lottery draws and its own BC Originals. Its Crash game is provably fair, meaning you can check each round's result against published code yourself.

BC Swap exchanges coins inside the wallet, and Vault Pro pays a stated 5% annual rate on stored funds. The site runs in a mobile browser, and support is 24/7 live chat plus support@bc.game.
On bonuses, BC.Game's own bonus guide headlines "360% Up To $112,000" across the welcome deposits. The wagering and minimum deposit appear only inside the account, so check them before depositing. Rakeback, Lucky Spin, recharge rewards and VIP cashback also run, with VIP club membership by invitation. Our crypto casino bonuses hub covers the wider calendar.

For responsible gambling, BC.Game offers self-exclusion for at least six months and a 7-day cooling-off period through support. In the US, the National Council on Problem Gambling helpline is 1-800-GAMBLER, and our responsible gambling resources list more options.
Who Is BC.Game Best For?
BC.Game suits crypto players outside its restricted countries who want a choice of 165 coins, a sportsbook on the same wallet and a cashier that delivered a fast result in our small Bitcoin test. In our test, an unverified account completed a small Bitcoin withdrawal without being asked for documents, although BC.Game's terms allow verification at any time.
It suits players less well if they plan large cashouts, because verification and review can apply at any point, and the Trustpilot complaints we read repeatedly describe locked accounts after large withdrawal requests. It does not suit US players: BC.Game's terms bar them, despite conflicting information in its partner program. Players who want a long, clean regulatory record should weigh the 2024 Curaçao exit. Our shortlist of fast payout crypto casinos covers alternatives.

Editorial verdict
Verdict
BC.Game promises "fast withdrawals" and says a crypto transaction usually takes 5 to 10 minutes to be confirmed on the blockchain. In our test, a 0.0009 BTC withdrawal had its first confirmation within a minute and reached our wallet 11 minutes after the request, with 0.0008991 BTC received after the 0.1% fee and no documents requested. The main limitations are verification that BC.Game can demand at any time, recurring player complaints about locked accounts after large withdrawals, and terms that bar US players despite conflicting information in BC.Game's partner program. This result comes from one withdrawal on one account on September 28, 2026 and does not guarantee future payout times.
Frequently Asked Questions About BC. Game
Which crypto is fastest to withdraw from BC.Game?
Tron, BNB Chain, Solana, XRP and Litecoin generally confirm faster than Bitcoin on the network side, but we have only tested a Bitcoin withdrawal at BC.Game. The casino's approval stage comes before blockchain confirmation, so a faster network does not guarantee a faster overall BC.Game withdrawal.
Why is my BC.Game withdrawal pending?
A BC.Game withdrawal usually stays pending because of a verification request, a review of an unusual or large cashout, or a deposit that has not reached three confirmations. Check My Wallet and your email, look up the TXID if one was issued, then contact live chat with your coin, amount and request time.
Does BC.Game require KYC to withdraw?
Our small Bitcoin withdrawal from a never-verified BC.Game account was processed without a document request. BC.Game's terms still allow it to request ID, proof of address, wallet ownership or source-of-funds evidence before a withdrawal.
Is BC.Game available in the US?
BC.Game's terms bar US players, although its partner program currently lists the United States as a featured market. Section 4.3 prohibits US residents and anyone accessing the site from the US, and an account opened from a barred country can be restricted at verification.
Is BC.Game legit?
BC.Game is a licensed operator: Twocent Technology Limited runs it under Anjouan license ALSI-202410011-FI1. It gave up its Curaçao license on December 5, 2024, one day before the regulator was set to rule on revoking it, according to NEXT.io. Trustpilot shows its rating as unavailable due to a breach of Trustpilot's guidelines. The complaints listed there are player reports we have not independently verified.
What is the BC.Game welcome bonus?
The BC.Game welcome bonus headlined in its own bonus guide is "360% Up To $112,000" across the first deposits. The wagering and minimum deposit are shown only inside the account, and bonus funds must clear their wagering before they can be withdrawn.
We use funded accounts to request crypto withdrawals and record the amount, network, fees and conditions at the time of the test.
We timestamp casino approval, TXID issuance, blockchain confirmation and wallet credit to see where the payout time is actually spent.
We separate test results from cashier checks, operator information and player reports, so you know what each finding is based on.
